Destination Photographers Workshop
Italy, June 2025

BLOOM BLOOM had the privilege of signing on as a design collaborator for a three-day destination photography workshop hosted by Hannah Rosser and Kayleigh Taylor. We provided all the floral design and fruit styling, while our friends at Mudari planned & designed the rest of the details to perfection. The Bisou Bride expertly and effortlessly styled every model, and the talented hair and makeup team at Frank Giacone worked their magic in the Italian summer heat. It was a dream to work creatively alongside so many talented people, against the backdrop of the most romantic and inspiring landscape we’ve ever seen.
Day 1
Villa di Geggiano

We wanted our tablescape to feel abundant and wild, the quintessential decadent Italian summer dinner party —within the intimacy of a singular table laid out in a small room. There is a particular quality of romance and nostalgia that you feel as you walk the villa grounds and take in its historic murals, statues, and manicured gardens. Our work needed to elicit this same feeling, so that the flowers would feel as if they’re in conversation with their surroundings.
A tall garden rose called Aphrodite sits at the table’s center with a tangle of ivy and orchids weaving around its base. Fresh fruit hand-selected from the market sits in piles on silver platters and tumbles along the length of the table. The vines reach through the wrought iron chairs and cascade down the candelabras, which hold little pears and taper candles that are themselves are a work of art, sourced the evening before from a local artist in Siena we stumbled upon while looking for dinner.
